We inspect your roof properly, then quote a fixed price against a defined scope, itemised so you know what you're paying for. Standard allowances cover up to 50 tile replacements and full repointing. If anything falls outside that scope, you'll get a separate written quote to approve before we proceed.

Up to 50 tile replacements, all ridge caps, repointed, and 4000 psi pressure clean included in your quote. No price surge after completion.
Dulux Acratex System
Sealer/primer + two coats Dulux Acratex membrane applied by accredited applicators. 15-year manufacturer warranty on eligible roofs.
